Dr Alan Singh

CO-OWNER, CHIROPRACTOR

I’m committed to providing personalised chiropractic care that supports spinal and musculoskeletal function. My approach is centred on understanding each person’s needs and working collaboratively toward their individual goals.

Dr Alan Singh has worked in family-focused chiropractic practices across Sydney, Brisbane, and the Northern Rivers. After a decade of practice in Ballina and time spent overseas, Alan and his wife Sylvia returned to the Gold Coast / Tweed region to continue serving the local community.

Alan holds:

  • Master of Chiropractic

  • Bachelor of Exercise Science

  • Diploma of Education (Physical Education & Health)

His approach to care is biomechanically based, with an emphasis on movement, posture, and functional support. Alan utilises a range of techniques, including diversified manual adjusting, Activator, Gonstead methods, TPT, and soft tissue techniques, when appropriate.

He also encourages active participation in rehabilitation and movement-based care, supporting patients to better understand their bodies and daily movement patterns.

Yanika Chiangthong

CHIROPRACTOR

My goal is not just to treat people, but to help them understand their bodies so they can take control of their health.”

Dr Yanika’s approach is centred on personalised, patient-focused care. She takes the time to listen, understand how a problem developed, and how it affects your daily life. From there, she creates a tailored plan that combines hands-on care with practical guidance to support recovery, improve posture and movement, and help you take an active role in your long-term health.

She has a particular interest in:

  • Headaches, neck & shoulder tension

  • Jaw pain & TMJ concerns

  • Postural issues & movement support

  • Pregnancy care

  • Supporting active individuals to return to the activities they love

Dr Yanika’s journey into chiropractic started with a lifelong passion for movement and sport. Growing up playing competitive basketball and tennis sparked her interest in how the body moves, adapts, and recovers from injury, eventually leading her to pursue a career in chiropractic.

She completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Anatomy & Physiology) at La Trobe University, followed by a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) and Master of Clinical Chiropractic at RMIT University, graduating in 2016.
